You can manage all roles and permissions in the portal (when looged in) section under the tab “my account > settings”. Once you have a requested a sandbox we create your organisation and your dedicated sandbox. A sandbox is created for organizations, not individual user and you can share it. Add friends to this organisation, co-workers or whoever you want. Navigate to the "permissions" tab, and click "add user". Type in their email address and confirm with "add user". If the person invited has no account yet, we will send them an invite in your name.
