Login to your avaloq.one portal and go to "my account > settings". Then navigate to the "permission tab".
Please note: only if you are the admin of your company, you can manage permissions for your company here

If the tab is not there you are not setup as an organisation or owner. As soon as you request your sandbox this functionality will be enabled. 

To add a user, just click "add user". Type in their email address and confirm with "add user". If the person invited has no avaloq.one account yet, we will send them an invite in your name. If the user already has an avaloq.one account, he or she can just login. Once the invitee has logged in or signed up, it will be visible in the list "permissions"

To enable a user, just enable the tick box of the functionality you would like to enable the user and click "save".
Available functionality: 

  1. company edit: user can edit the information of the company stored in tab "company"

  2. products edit: user can then edit and submit a product for the marketplace

  3. sandbox edit: user will be granted access to manage your sandbox (more info: http://helpcenter.avaloq.one/en/articles/2800455-what-is-a-developer-sandbox-and-what-can-i-do-with-it)
